Refunds & Cancellations
LandIQ CR Land Finder reports are digital products delivered instantly — there is no physical item to return. This page explains when we'll issue a refund and how to request one.
1. What You're Buying
A Land Finder report (Quick Check, Full Report, or Pro Due Diligence) is an interactive, printable analysis generated from aggregated public and satellite data for the parcel or coordinates you specify at checkout. Because it is delivered instantly and digitally, we don't offer a general "change of mind" refund window the way a physical goods retailer might.
2. When We'll Refund You
Contact us within 14 days of purchase if either of the following applies:
- Materially wrong: the report contains a significant data or generation error — for example, it was generated for the wrong parcel, key sections failed to render, or the underlying data is clearly incorrect for the location you specified.
- Undeliverable: your payment succeeded but you never received the confirmation email or access to the interactive report, and we're unable to get you working access after a reasonable attempt.
We do not refund purchases simply because the report's findings weren't what you hoped for, or because a data source didn't cover a particular remote parcel — Land Finder reports are best-effort aggregations of the data available for each location, described in our Terms of Service.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email dronesurveycr@gmail.comwith your order confirmation (or the email/plano used at checkout) and a short description of the issue. We review every request personally before issuing a refund — this is a small team, and we'd rather look at what went wrong than issue a blanket policy. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
4. Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original Stripe payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days after we issue the refund.
5. Physical Drone Survey Services
If you separately booked a physical drone/LiDAR survey through Drone Survey Costa Rica (dronesurveycr.com), that engagement is governed by the cancellation and rescheduling terms in that project's own quote and contract, not this page.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
